Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles for our Client in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology roles, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions (software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, data roles, etc.)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team needs
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical interviews
Coordinate technical interviews and assessments with relevant stakeholders
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Stay updated on technology trends, hiring market insights, and competitor activity

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and terminologies
Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience of hiring for startups or fast-growing tech environments
Knowledge of employer branding and talent marketing
Familiarity with remote and international hiring
